Well since OP isn't considering PvP titles, I think I would have to go with Zaishen as well. I have never seen a max Zaishen title. And no, Zaishen doesn't count as a PvP title. Anet may think it does, but 90% of us agree it doesn't.

I rarely see LDOA's anymore, but there are plenty out there. Id say the Skillz title

Treasure hunter has golden eggs (and they "suffred" the keg farm).
The allegiance titles had the SCs.
And Lucky/Unlucky has been afk'd by a lot of persons.

But after 5 years, I'd say the rarest maxed titles is either LDoA since it is the newest (and a pain to get) or Wisdom (yes you can buy gold items, but...really...).

I believe Identity is g11.

Also, supposedly, there was a player whose glad title bugged to g11 when the title track was changed to grant points for 5 consecutive instead of 10 consecutive.

presearing.com may not be the most accurate p;ace to judge. I doubt all players post there, including myself and my LDoA Gadwin Dragonhart, which I seared to add him to my HoM.

I seldom play my Warrior, who was seared for HoM, and never asked for him to be added to that list but he's there. I don't think anyone is claiming that it's an exhaustive list but somebody on that site is certainly paying attention. Let's assume it's really twice the number they have posted for arguments sake...you don't think ~1200 is fairly exclusive for a PvE title? They could triple it and I bet there are still more Grandmaster Treasure Hunters.

disagree with the Leg skill hunter being hard to do, that was my first 3 tier title i got. all you need is enough money and elite tomes lol. as you get enough of these in VQ's its not really hard to max if your account has all the elites unlocked.

Titles that can be easily bought cannot be rare, except Zaishen as that is a lot of cash lol

so Leg Cart, LDOA, Mast of the North, Ale Hound, Stuff like that are the really rare Pve ones.

I also heard there was a team of 4 that did this together in order to win some competition which was hosted by another GW player, it was posted here on Guru a while back. I cannot find the link to it. I might look more later.

I think this is about the most impressive title combination though.
